Refund policy

We’re sure you’re going to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your order and would like a refund or exchange, here’s all the information you need to make a return.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed we cannot accept a return or exchange request.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on art prints unless we have made an error. Please choose your prints carefully.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused and in the same condition as when purchased.

To start a return, please contact us at info@futbolista.co.uk with your order details including your name and order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, the items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us, so it is important that you retain proof of postage.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, this is non refundable. 

We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

If your return has been approved a refund will be processed via your original payment method.
